The book divides human personality into 4 basic temperaments.

Popular Sanguine, Powerful Choleric, Perfect Melancholy and Peaceful Phlegmatic

Popular Sanguine (Extrovert)

-They are out going extrovert who are the most popular ones in a gang.  

-Enjoy meeting new friends. Have lots of friends. Often being admired.

-Talkative. Often add in their own imaginations into stories.

-desire attention. Make smthg big out of a small issue just to gain attention

-can be forgetful.

-Playful and cheerful. Has the ability to turn a dead crowd into a wild life party

Powerful Choleric (Extrovert)

-          They are natural born leaders.

-          They are decisive and get things done fast.

-          Make use of their time effectively.

-          Have great confidante in themselves. They are never wrong because they will somehow come out with an explanation that could prove them right.

-          Not easily discourage. Have a strong will to be outstanding.

-          Can be bossy and demanding.

Perfect Melancholy (Introvert)

-          They have excellent observational and analytical skills

-          Famous musicians/ scientist and mostly vy strong perfect melancholy

-          Deep thinker

-          Want things to be perfect.  get frustrated with untidiness/imperfection

-          Prefer to sort things out alone. Have problem socialising

-          Negative mind set. Hope for the worse. Pessimistic

Peaceful Phlegmatic (Introvert)

-          They are a good listener to the Popular Sanguine and a good follower to a Powerful Choleric.

-          Are friendly and can mix around with anyone.

-          Take things easily. Delay work. Never bother to work

-          Often the middle man in an argument

-          Can be a trained leader

-          Slower mover

-          can be ignorant
